6. Payment Terms

10. Termination

Upon termination, payment for completed work will be due, and both parties will return or destroy confidential information as appropriate.

Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.
